• Comprehensive Meeting Planner Guide
• Request for proposals (RFP) sent to hotel/meeting venues
• Group tour and information from attractions
• Timely follow-up communications from our staff
• Site inspection arranged and site itinerary planned
• Bid presentation prepared and presented by the CVB

That’s before your convention is on the roster. Once your association chooses Corpus Christi the CVB team will assist with:
• Name badges
• Pocket visitor guide and maps with points of interest
• Convention bags and mementos for meeting attendees
• Postcards for promotional purposes
• Promotional DVD about the city and activities
• Press release distributed to local media at your request
• Media/PR consulting by our Communications Department
• Access to CVB Photo Library images to promote convention
• Transportation, group tours and catering proposals
• Housing furnished by CVB if two or more hotels are used
• Obtaining dignitaries, Veteran’s Band and Color Guard, and entertainment
• Appointments for group pre- and post-convention meeting with primary parties (for city-wide conventions)
