Sweepstakes Rules Gotta Get A Way

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE PRIZE.
   
   
2. ELIGIBILITY - The Gotta Get Away Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees and their immediate families of the Corpus Christi Convention and Visitors Bureau or any of the participating advertisers, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, and agencies are not eligible. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of the Official Rules.
    
3. HOW TO ENTER AND WIN - In order to enter the Sweepstakes, an eligible participant must visit the Corpus Christi CVB website and provide the requested information. Limit one entry per person.
    
4. PRIZE - The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions are allowed. The Corpus Christi CVB reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value. All applicable taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing of all entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes. The winner will be notified via US mail or e-mail within two weeks after being chosen and does not need to be present to win.
    
5. DURATION OF SWEEPSTAKES - The Sweepstakes ends on Monday, September 6, 2010. All entries must be received by midnight CST on September 5, 2010. The Corpus Christi CVB assumes no responsibility for late or misdirected entries.
    
6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION - By participating in the Sweepstakes, an entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by the Sweepstakes rules. Entrants agree that incase he/she is a winner, his/her name, likeness, photos or personal information can be used by the Corpus Christi CVB for advertising, promotion or publishing. The prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within 21 business days of notification. In the event of the prize winner's noncompliance within this period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner through another random drawing of entries.
    
7. ODDS OF WINNING - The odds of winning will depend upon the number of entries received.
    
8. CONFLICT - These Sweepstakes rules constitute the full agreement relating to the Sweepstakes. In the event of any conflict between these rules and any of the documents relating to the Sweepstakes, these rules shall prevail.
