Birding Center & Paradise Pond

In Port Aransas, The Birding Center’s boardwalk allows visitors to view birds from a close proximity. Native plant species are being planted along the boardwalk, making it an ideal place for migratory birds

Paradise Pond, Mustang Islands’ only freshwater wetland, allows visitors to watch and listen to migratory songbirds each year. Over 100 species of birds have been documented visiting the pond. Visitors can explore the ponds hummingbird and butterfly garden.
