Corpus Christi, named the “BIRDIEST CITY IN NORTH AMERIA” ten years running, now hosts its own birding festival—headquartered at the South Texas Botanical Gardens & Nature Center!
Botanical Gardens General Admission ($8 adult; $6 senior/military/college; $4 child 3-12) provides access to vendors, arts & crafts booths, kids activities, and raptor shows.
One-Day Special Access Pass $20 provides all activities above plus special access to educational seminars and optional early morning nature walk at Botanical Gardens.
PREMIUM PASS - $35 provides Thursday-Sunday access to all vendors, arts & crafts booths, hawk shows, educational seminars. PLUS opening reception BBQ dinner and registration rights for additional off-site tours.
Optional separately-priced field trips may include King Ranch Norias Division, Fennessey Ranch, Hazel Bazemore Park, Choke Canyon State Park, plus other selected sites in Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. The highlight trip will be the “BIG DAY” all day excursion with participants potentially seeing 200 species in one day at multiple sites.

Corpus Christi's Southside is the area's business district with multiple shopping and restaurant options.
