When most folks think of hunting, they immediately think Deer. Well, yes we have white-tailed deer, but we are also home to some of the best Waterfowl Hunting around. Pintail, Redheads, Scaup, Teal, Bufflehead, Widgeons, and Gadwall are all in great abundance in some of the local flats. Dove season is also quite popular around the area with a split season. Or stalk a wild boar at one of our area ranches. This is not only a great chase, but you will most likely have a good chance at taking home some pork.
