Before you head out for a day on the water, be sure to keep safety and common courtesy at the top of your mind. Many of the launch sites are also great swimming holes, so it is important to keep an eye on your surroundings. It’s always a great idea to take a few beginner courses to learn the basics. Check out the local kiteboarding shops to get a feel for the sport from a local’s perspective.
