Day 1
Start your tour by stepping back in time at the USS Lexington Museum on the Bay, the most highly decorated aircraft carrier of World War II. Get involved in the reenactment of the past and view the 20 historic airplanes, including the Top Gun F-14.

Then, just a short walk around the corner is the Texas State Aquarium, where you’ll visit creatures of the deep and the enjoy the antics of the sea otters, make friends with the dolphins at Dolphin Bay, and explore the wonders of the Amazon Rainforest at the Aquarium’s newest attraction, Amazon.

Next, enjoy lunch while overlooking beautiful Corpus Christi Bay.

Then make your own discoveries at the Museum of Science and History’s World of Discovery, with its replicas of the ships used by Christopher Columbus in his 1492 expedition.

 

Back Roads to the Beaches of Texas
(1 or 2 Day Tour) Full Itinerary 

Great for the motor coach groups departing San Antonio who would like to experience more than just the interstate. Heading to the Corpus Christi (and 113 miles of beaches), depart San Antonio taking Highway 181 for the short trip to Floresville, TX. In the spring-time, you will see Texas bluebonnets, Indian paintbrush, and maybe even a bloomin’ prickly pear cactus.
