And La Palmera is getting better, too, with a $50 million renovation to be completed in early 2010 that promises to make the space more vibrant and inviting than ever. Also undergoing renovation is the nearby is the Sunrise Mall, which aims to reestablish itself as an excellent destination for Corpus Christi shoppers.
