Jimmy Gonzalez y Grupo Mazz
Jimmy Gonzalez y Grupo Mazz has been on the Tejano music scene for decades with fan favorites like “Agua de Papaya” and “Perdoname.” In 2001 the group won the Grammy for Tejano Album of the Year for Quien Iba a Pensar featuring hit single “A Pesar de Todo.” Led by guitarist Jimmy Gonzalez, Grupo Mazz is a staple in the Tejano music industry that will bring its talents to Fiesta de la Flor in 2017.

The simple mention of Pete Astudillo’s name brings oh so many memories! His charismatic personality and equally charismatic voice bring a smile to everyone’s faces. He and Selena sang side by side for so many years and he co-wrote many of Selena’s hits such as “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom” and “Amor Prohibido.” Grab your tissues and listen to his hit tribute to Selena “Como te Extraño.”
Popular Tejano vocalist David Marez, known to his fans as La Voz de Oro, stretches from the early '70s, when he was the lead vocalist of pioneering Tejano band the Royal Jesters, well into the 21st century, when he continued to enjoy success. His best-known songs include "Yo Soy Chicano" (a Royal Jesters classic), "Entre Mas Lejos Me Vaya" (recognized as Song of the Year at the 1987 Tejano Music Awards), and "Fijate" (Song of the Year at the 1989 Tejano Music Awards).

Adalberto and the Latin Breed
The Latin Breed is a legendary musical group known for its jazzy and Tejano music mix and, crack horn section. This ensemble of musicians specializes in flashy, jazz-inflected horn arrangements and stylistic vocal harmonies. The Breed, as it’s affectionately known to most Tejano music aficionados, helped define the Tejano music experience with it’s traditions since the early 70s.
The B-Side Players make music without borders or boundaries. On the group’s 10th release Revolutionize, they continue exploring the multifaceted grooves of Latin America and the Caribbean, incorporation the sounds of Cuba, Jamaica, Mexico and Brazil with the funk, rock, jazz and hip-hop rhythms of their homeland.
