Every Wednesday at the Art Center of Corpus Christi, expect to find a whole lot of produce, breads, cheese, food trucks, music and art at the Downtown Farmers' Market! Come out and support our local farmers while tackling your grocery list for the week. Bring the kiddos along for either Family Art Time or the kids activity offered at the market! 100 N. The Art Center of Corpus Christi opens up its doors every Saturday from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m and Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. There are different classes that offer arts and crafts projects to complete as a family. Open Mic Night at House of Rock

Show off your skills at the House of Rock! Sing a song, recite a poem, show your strange talent, or just watch and support what others bring to the table! Free and open to all ages.


Guided Nature Walks at Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center

Get outside and explore nature on Saturday mornings. Come out and experience the natural environment of the Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center. See many different species of plants, trees and animals. The guided nature walk is free and great for some family fun! 1446 N. Oso Pkwy.


Free First Friday at Art Museum of South Texas

Come and visit the Art Museum of South Texas  this first Friday for FREE ADMISSION! The Art Museum offers diverse exhibitions and educational programs that reflect the rich multicultural heritage of the region. Outreach and enrichment programs include bilingual gallery talks, artist residencies, videos, dance, theatrical and musical performances. Try to get in by January 8 to see the beautiful works of Dorothy Hood sprinkled all across the museum.  1902 N. Shoreline Blvd.


Open Mic Night by Executive Surf Club

First Friday Artwalk

It's that time again! It's First Friday Artwalk in Downtown Corpus Christi. Experience almost 100 art vendors, food trucks and live entertainment in downtown. It's the perfect evening to head downtown and watch the streets come alive with art and color! 326 N. Chaparral St.


Sunday Bridgewalk

Experience the Harbor Bridge like never before AND kick off! Take it head on by walking (or running) over the bridge alongside hundreds of other people. Get that fitness kick started in style and catch the mesmerizing view of the city while you're up there. The walk begins and ends at Heritage Park. Don't forget to stay afterward and jump into Zumba, Yoga and/or Tai Chi. Get your fitness on at Bridgewalk! Walk begins right at 8:30 a.m., so make sure to get there a bit early so you don't miss kick off. 1581 N. Chaparral St.


A La Mano-Food Truck Friday

If you're looking to experience the culinary specialties of South Texas, look no further than A La Mano, hosted by the Corpus Christi Visitor Information Center. With nine local food trucks, each specializing in a different cuisine, A La Mano is your chance to taste a little bit of everything all in one place. Relax at North Bayfront Park

Walk Along North Beach

Get a wonderful view of Corpus Christi at North Beach! With only minutes away from attractions like the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium, ride the Fajitaville Ferris Wheel and choose from plenty of dining, it's sure to be a great time! Surfside Blvd.


Watch Sailboats Race Along the Marina

Get those cameras out! Sailboat regattas are held every Wednesday evening on the Corpus Christi Bay; spectators can appreciate the view from the marina! 400A N. Shoreline Blvd.


Go fishing at Bob Hall Pier

The best thing about Bob Hall Pier is that there's no need for a parking permit! There is plenty of space to park your vehicle, set up your camp at one of the many picnic tables, and go fishing on the pier (only $4)! Afterward, stop by Mikel May's located right on the pier! Walk Along the Downtown Seawall

Walk, bike, jog or stroll along the 1.5 mile Seawall! There's so much to see and do. You can even take a “Journey through the Solar System” - an exhibit along the downtown seawall! N. Shoreline Blvd.
