A native of Lima, Peru, head chef Nick Mackrizz studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas. In addition to his technical training, Nick dedicated his culinary direction and inspiration to his home country, spending several months in Peru perfecting the art of Peruvian cuisine. He has worked at several top restaurants including El Senorio De Sulco and El Mercado under the guidance of world known chef, Rafael Osterling.
Nick now brings his knowledge of exceptional Peruvian cuisine and well-executed dining experiences to the Corpus Christi scene via Costa Sur, by providing an array of dishes that combine traditional Peruvian delicacies with modern twists.
