Czech-Mex Bakery & Cafe
The dedicated bakers at popular business lunch spot Czech-Mex Bakery & Café begin sifting, tossing and kneading a whole lot of wholesome ingredients at 3am each morning. Good thing, because their kolaches, muffins, strudels and humongocious cinnamon rolls are crowd-pleasers. Even the basics like their cookies and cupcakes stand out. But the big draw here is the lunch special menu. The daily specials, soups and totally customizable sandwiches are super cheap and feature a rotation of items per week. Mark the Chicken Dumpling soup special on Wednesdays on the calendar. The folks at Czech-Mex pride themselves on a “good meal that’s a big steal and a big deal!”
