Old Town Six Points
Named for the juncture made by three intersecting main streets (Alameda, Ayers and Staples), Old Town 6 Points is Corpus Christi's earliest shopping venture outside of the downtown area. For decades, the mid-century "town square"-feel has lured funky, independent business to the area with shops that roll right up to the sidewalk next to convenient parallel and pull-in parking. Currently, 6 Points is home to food favorites Nuevo Cafe, Hester's Cafe and Price's Chef as well as antique and curio shops and the area's largest musical gear store.
