There’s tons of wildlife, home to over 380 species of birds and Kemp’s ridley sea turtle – who use the beaches as a safe haven – along with coyotes, deer, and jackrabbits that can be found in the dunes. Check Out The Arts Alive! Arts Festival on Labor Day Weekend
On Labor Day weekend, hundreds of people will come to the Corpus Christi Bayfront for an annual festival featuring various forms of creative art . The two-day event takes place at the Art Center of Corpus Christi and includes galleries, family activities, shopping tents, food trucks and more. Arts Alive! Is truly an immersive experience for all ages.

Vibe at the Bay Jammin’ Concert and Cinema Series
Stop by the Cole Park Amphitheater on Thursday nights for live local music as part of the Bay Jammin Concert and Cinema Series! Music starts at 7:30 p.m. and lasts through the night. And Thursday doesn’t work with your schedule, there’s always Friday night – where Cole Park’s lawn becomes an outdoor movie theater for family movie nights. Both events are always FREE!

Catch a Corpus Christi Hooks Game
Take in a CC Hooks game at iconic Whataburger Field before baseball season winds down. Enjoy some peanuts and cracker jacks and root for the home team as the Hooks compete for a playoff spot.
