Brighten Your Holidays With Some Hope at the Harbor Lights Festival
As the Coastal Bend closes out 2017, the Harbor Lights Festival hopes to bring some cheer to the area for visitors far and wide. With so much of the state of Texas still picking up the pieces from the destruction Hurricane Harvey left behind, the holiday season provides the perfect opportunity to be grateful for what we have — and to be hopeful for the future.
Nestled along the beautiful backdrop of the Corpus Christi Bay, there’s something for everyone to enjoy on December 2 in downtown Corpus Christi! From a great entertainment stage to fun “make it and take” activities in the Children’s Area - not to mention the signature Illuminated Boat Parade in the Corpus Christi Marina - Harbor Lights Festival will help you ring in the holiday season with a smile!
There’s no holiday season without the sounds of holiday music filling the air. The Harbor Lights Festival brings some of the best regional acts to the Coastal Bend to get your elf-toes tapping. Illuminated Boat Parade
There are few things more beautiful than lights sparkling on the Corpus Christi Bay. The parade floats in the bay waters between the Peoples Street and Lawrence Street T-Heads, so make sure to grab a spot on the Shoreline Boulevard Seawall and enjoy the promenade.

And here’s an insider tip: if you would like an up close view of the boats in the parade, make sure you sit on the deck at Joe’s Crab Shack on the Lawrence Street T-Head. But get there early — spots fill up fast!
