Downtown Farmers' Market

Every Wednesday, 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.

Every Wednesday at the Art Center of Corpus Christi, expect to find a whole lot of produce, breads, cheese, food trucks, music and art at the Downtown Farmers' Market! Come out and support our local farmers while tackling your grocery list for the week. Bring the kiddos along for either Family Art Time or the kids activity offered at the market! 100 N. Shoreline Blvd.

Wednesday Night Regatta-Sailboat Races


Every Wednesday, 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.

Get those cameras out! Sailboat regattas are held every Wednesday evening on the Corpus Christi Bay; spectators can appreciate the view from the Corpus Christi Municipal MarinaPeoples St. T-Head

Explore the Art Museum of South Texas

Every first Friday of the month, the Art Museum of South Texas opens its doors to the public at no cost. This is a fantastic way to check out the new exhibits on display at the museum. The museum offers diverse exhibitions and educational programs that reflect the rich multicultural heritage of the region. Enjoy and be enlightened with the artwork on display for FREE! 1902 N. Shoreline Blvd.

Downtown Artwalk

Artwalk is a monthly Corpus Christi event held in the Marina Arts District on the first weekend of every month! Check out art displays, live music, and entertainment throughout the Downtown area at local galleries and shops! 326 N. Chaparral St.

Corpus Culture Fest at BUS


September 8, Noon-8:00 p.m.

Come out and experience all of the different cultures represented in Corpus Christi! See art vendors with information and artisan items from different countries across the world. Also experience live music, tasty food, craft cocktails and so much more! Event takes place all day Saturday at BUS (Bar Under the Sun). 702 N. Chaparral St.

September 9, 8:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

Explore and overlook the Corpus Christi Bay in four different ways! Both pedestrian walkways on the Harbor Bridge are opened specifically for first Sunday Bridge Walkers. The BridgeWalk offers four different BridgeWalk routes—run the Harbor Bridge, walk the Harbor Bridge, run the Shoreline Route-BridgeWalk Without a Bridge, or walk the Shoreline Route-BridgeWalk Without a Bridge. There's also Yoga, Zumba and Tai Chi! Something wonderful for everyone. Walk begins and ends at Heritage Park1581 N. Chaparral

Looking for a family activity to fill up your Saturdays? The Art Center of Corpus Christi opens up its doors every Saturday from 10:00 2:00 p.m. There are different classes that offer arts and crafts projects to complete as a family. Explore that creative side with your loved ones! 100 N. Shoreline Blvd.

Nature Guided Walks at Oso Bay Wetlands and Nature Center

Tuesdays at 8:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.

Get outside and explore nature this Saturday morning. Come out and experience the natural environment of the Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and Learning Center. See many different species of plants, trees and animals. The guided nature walk is free and great for some family fun! 1446 N. Oso Pkwy.

Corpus Christi Songwriters "In the Rounds" ft. Claude Butch Morgan at Executive Surf Club

Corpus Christi Songwriters (CCSW) "In The Rounds" is held on the second Sunday of every month, creating an intimate environment welcoming new and seasoned songwriters to share their songs with an attentive and engaged audience. CCSW hosts the series with an invited Featured Guest Artist. This month's "In The Rounds" will be held at the Executive Surf Club309 N. Water St.

September 14, After dark

Experience the adventure of riding your bicycle around the Corpus Christi Bay’s 66-mile shoreline by participating in the 15th Annual H-E-B Conquer the Coast. This ride has gained the reputation of being one of the most unique and scenic rides in Texas! Ride begins at North Bayfront Park in Corpus Christi. 1590 N. Shoreline Blvd.

Piano Concert Honoring Dr. Hector P. Garcia at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Performing Arts Center

Check out this FREE and open to the public piano concert honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Hector P. Garcia. You can see Dr. Susanna Garcia and Dr. William Chapman perform live and in concert on September 19 at the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Performing Arts Center. 6300 Ocean Dr.

Corpus Christi Food Truck Charro Bean Festival
