Fun fact: Did you know Selena loved Whataburger?! Harmon Dobson founded famous hamburger chain Whataburger in Corpus Christi, Texas, in 1950. Fans love the landmark orange-and-white A-frame structures, customizable menu and delicious quarter-pound burgers. Condiments here are so popular, they are stocked in grocery stores. (Whataburger Ketchup and Spicy Ketchup make great souvenirs!) Plus, Corpus Christi is home to the world’s only two-story, 6,000-square-foot Whataburger by the Bay, with an elevator, a statue of good ol’ Harmon and an open deck overlooking the water!
